Piece of Work is a competitive puzzle night where you’ll eat, drink, trade puzzles, race to finish, and spend a little money making someone else’s night harder.
Your $25 ticket includes dinner, drinks, the puzzle exchange, the puzzle race, and $10 in sabotage credits. Bring one puzzle and leave with two.
Want more chaos? Purchase additional sabotage credits ahead of time. The sabotage menu is stacked with ways to slow down the competition, mess with their strategy, and generally make things more difficult.
All proceeds benefit 611 Collective.
WHAT TO EXPECT
BRING ONE. LEAVE WITH TWO.
Bring one complete, gently used puzzle and leave with two puzzles from the 611 puzzle exchange.
Come with a puzzle. Go home with two.
COME HUNGRY
We'll start with dinner, drinks, and time to settle in.
Eat. Have a drink. Meet the other players. Decide who looks trustworthy.
Then don't trust them.
THE CHEAT CODE
All of the contest puzzles will be out and available to inspect. Walk around. Look at the puzzle images. Sort a few pieces. Try your hand at different puzzles. Figure out which ones look easy, which ones look brutal, and which table you hope you never end up at.
This is also your chance to purchase additional sabotage to use during the race.
THE RACE
Your goal is simple:
Be the first to completely finish a puzzle.
And while you're trying to finish, everyone else has the opportunity to make that considerably harder.
