We're looking for friends who want to help shape what's next.
611 is still new. There's a lot happening, people are paying attention, and there's a lot more we want to do.
We're putting together a volunteer 611 Leadership Team for people who want to be part of building the next stage of 611.
We're looking for people who are excited about 611, have something to bring to the table and can take an idea or an area of work and run with it.
If you're the person who hears an idea and immediately starts thinking about who to call, what to research, how to fund it, how to get people there or how to make it happen, we'd like to meet you.
This is for people who want to do more than show up for a shift. You could help shape a campaign, find a new source of funding, build a relationship, create an event, get 611 in front of a new audience or come up with something we haven't thought of yet.
There's a lot to build. We'd like some more people in the room.

Join the people already working on fundraising and help grow what we're doing. Bring new ideas, find new opportunities and help turn interest in 611 into financial support.

Research funding opportunities, identify grants that fit 611, develop a strong grant pipeline and write compelling applications.

FOOD & ESSENTIALS RESOURCING
Find creative ways to source food and everyday essentials. Look beyond the obvious and help build new relationships and possibilities.

CONTENT, MARKETING & PUBLICITY
Help more people discover 611. Create content, develop campaigns, pursue media and promotional opportunities, and find new ways to tell the 611 story.

Build relationships with people, organizations and businesses that can bring new people, resources, ideas and opportunities to 611.

611 is still at the beginning, and there's a lot of room to build. We're looking for people who are excited about 611 and want to help shape what comes next.
You might already have an idea you'd love to bring to 611. You might see something we're doing and think it could become something more. We're looking for people who get excited about those possibilities and want to build on them.
People who are curious, take initiative, figure things out and follow through. People who enjoy turning an idea into something real.
You don't need nonprofit experience or to fit neatly into one particular role. Bring your skills, experience, connections, perspective and ideas. We'll give you the 611 context to build from.
Most importantly, you like what 611 is doing and want to be part of where it's going.
You'll need to be comfortable with email, text and online platforms.
